Returns Policy

Rose hope's you will love your piece of jewellery, however in the unlikely event that you need to return an item please read the following information carefully.

BESPOKE: Rings and bespoke pieces are not returnable (unless they are faulty). Therefore please be certain of the ring size you require. Please read the section on ring sizing before making a purchase.

ALL OTHER ITEMS: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original unused condition within 7 working days of receipt using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. You must inform Rose within this time by sending an e-mail to mail@roseellencobb.co.uk. Please give your name, address and order number as well as the reason for return. Please post to Rose Ellen Cobb, Workshop 12, Spectacle Works, 16-26 Hylton Street, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6HT.

Returned items should be unused and unworn and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. A full refund will be issued upon receipt (this may take Paypal up to 10 days), including the original delivery charge. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Alternatively, if preferred, you may exchange the item.

PLEASE NOTE:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 7 working days of delivery, unless Rose has notified you otherwise.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches the return address. Therefore for your own protection it is recommended that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.


Damaged goods:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty you must inform Rose Ellen Cobb by e-mail no later than five working days after receipt of the item. If you are unable to send an e-mail you can contact Rose on 0780 371 1193. You will be able to either organise a replacement or cancel the order if you wish. You will be asked to return the damaged item by recorded delivery. The cost of postage will be refunded to you.

Please allow 10 working days for a refund to be processed.
